For the pockets plugin, how do i insert a script to be synchronous instead of asynchronous?

I have added a script using the pockets plugin, but the script requires itself to be synchronous, not async. The format is just
Howrver just pasting the code to pockets resulted in async scripting, thus showing errors that should not have been shown with synchronous scripting.
Is it because of smarty, the pockets, or vanilla itself?
Are there any workarounds to resolve this?

Post the script.
Normally you should place the script inside a div when you put something in a pocket.

<div>script</div>It does not matter what it is, if you put js in a pocket you must do it right. Otherwise it will break your forum.
