I deployed Vanilla forum in my local server(Swamp). Iam getting above error when user try to register. Can you please tell me what went wrong.
I have recapture plugin in server and set the keys properly

Sounds as if you have got a firewall problem. You local server tries to contact the reCAPTCHA server but doesn't get a response.
I don't like reCAPTCHA nor reliance on an outside server. I find the 'Add Registration Question' plugin much better, with a good question and the Approval method. Then you can disable reCAPTCHA with the 'No Captcha' plugin. reCAPTCHA doesn't seem to work too well anyway.
