Vanilla Forum 2.3 Password

I am trying to integrate a 3rd party custom application into Vanilla Forum. I am wanting it to use SSO. I have dumped my SQL database and I am trying to find the user and password section. This is what I am getting for the password hash..

I am not familiar with something like this, I am not sure what algorithm it is. After doing a little bit of research it is possible it may be PHPass?

No it is "Vanilla". If you really interested, you would have to look at the source code to find out how it is implemented, but there is no reason for that.
If you want to implement SSO, you should take a look at jsConnect. It's the SSO solution Vanilla provides
