Sample forum data

Hi!

Is there any way of generating a large amount of sample content for the forum automatically? Could be Lorem Ipsum or similar random text.

I need to set up an instance of VF with a significant amount of dummy users/posts/comments/tags etc and I don't have access to a source forum.
