Twitter "Callback URL not approved for this client application"

My Twitter app used to work for logging in. However, now it says "Callback URL not approved for this client application"

I've followed the instructions for setup (domain.com/entry/twauthorize as a callback URL) but it's still not working.

Is this a known issue?

    It looks like the documentation states that you should add /entry/twauthorize , but logging in doesn't work unless you add the callback URL /entry/connect/twitter ... The documentation needs some love :/
