Hi, i want embed tweets in post but inserting the url does not work, for example:
returns text link but not tweet embed.

it is not an error. it doen't exist out of the box.

On our forum, when I post a Twitter link, the first time it displays as a text link, but refreshing the page shows the embed as expected.
It's weird, in my forum and in this i only see the tweet correctly embed from the smartphone, in pc version i see only the text url
Which browser are you using?
I see the embed on PC with Firefox.

Ok, in firefox 61.0.1 (64-bit) not see the tweet but chrome and explorer yes.
look in the console for a mixed content error.
