Issue in using addJs method

Hi, I am using "addJsFile" method from controller, which is including Js In Head Module, But the problem is it is including many other assets like spoilers.css?v=2.4.201 & and some other js file. I don't want these files. I only want to include onlt that file which I pass in controller. These other assets are included in "base_render_before" hook. Can any one suggest how we can get rid off from these extra assets.

You can only remove files that have already been added. You can use base_render before and assign your plugin a lower priority in addon.json.
