Profile Page Help

Hi All - I'm new to Vanilla and have a question about User Profile Pages. Is it possible for users to determine what fields in their profile they want to be publicly seen? In my comunity's use case, it is beneficial for us if users have some accountability and trust built in by having some information about their businesses public on the profile page. However, it's an open/public community, so we definitely don't want to require that certain information must be on the profile page. Is there a plugin or workaround for this? Thanks!
