Hi!
Users do not see - else than me as moderator - the option "category notification" in the user's notification settings. The settings area just end with the general settings.
Do I have to change something in the user roles?!

There is a special permission required ("advanced notifications"?)
You have to give that to the user group. But if you have a large user base, this will have negative impact on the performance
