people keep getting a "The default role has not been configured." error when trying to sign up.

Every time a user tries to sign up it gives them this error 
But I go to my roles on the admin dashboard and they seem ok I tried making new ones but that didn't work. Please help

Are you using the deafult signup/reg function on your Vanilla? I may be wrong here but I think there is a default setting you may need to configure when using another platform of registration. Kindly check out all the settings you may have missed out or look further
