Why are my search results replaced with “There was an error rendering this rich post”?

Hi, everybody! Fresh installation of Vanilla 3.0.1., Keystone theme, Rich editor.
I have my search results replaced with “There was an error rendering this rich post” under the all themes and search queries.
All Discussions were created via Rich editor normally and contain text and images only, the Advanced editor has not been enabled.
I read https://docs.vanillaforums.com/help/addons/rich-editor/#why-is-my-published-post-replaced-with-there-was-an-error-rendering-this-rich-post and found out that "This message appears when an a published post was inserted improperly" and "This can happen through incorrect insertion of a post through the API".
😓
How can this be fixed?

It should be fixed already... https://github.com/vanilla/vanilla/issues/8680
And for my 3.0.1 installation I can confirm that I do not have that problem any more.
Thanks @R_J for reply. After reinstalling 3.0.1. nothing changed for me. 😔
I also noticed that the mobile search disappeared after installing 3.0.1. (I checked Keystone, Baseline and Boilerplate mobile themes).
Could anyone confirm this?
For fairness I reinstalled my 3.0.1 test forum with a new database. The result is the same - “There was an error rendering this rich post” in search results and no mobile search.
sorry, I have a no idea about this
The mobile search issue has been fixed by updating 3.0.2. The issue with the search results still exists.
My Problem also, still..
It seems I messed up the backport to 3.0 when I made 3.0.2. My apologies.
In any case it is fixed with the 3.1 update.
Thanks @charrondev and all Vanilla team for your business!
I confirm for 3.1 installation there is no that problem any more.
