Do you mean separate from the documentation: https://docs.vanillaforums.com/developer/importing/ ?
In addition to that extensive documentation, you might need to enable the feature flag for importing https://open.vanillaforums.com/discussion/comment/258532#Comment_258532

Please add the following line to the end of the /conf/config.php file to see the import option:
$Configuration['Feature']['Import']['Enabled'] = true;Mz😉No, I think it is not. Why not head over to GitHub and create an issue for that? It's the easiest way to contribute to open source but still an important thing to do :-)

I update the export I made, but all the time, like "Column'CountComments' cannot be null".
