Category selection

I am not able to select categories while posting, even with the administrative account. Every category is blurred gray-scaled...

I am clueless, since another member of the team perhaps changed the settings, I am not aware of what to do...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Check Console / Categories, all categories marked as Heading or Flat are unselectable and to post possibly in Discussions or Nested categories only.
