I don't see tags in my vanilla board

in Vanilla 3.x Help

I don't see tags input when I create a new discussion. Is there a plugin that I need to install?

Instead I see some strange options: Announce, Don't announce, In the category... Is there any way to disable them? I don't even know what it is..

    Check:

    Console ▷ Tags ▷ Enable Tagging.

    Console ▷ Roles & Permissions ▷ Tagging.


    'Strange options' appear for users having relevant permissions only. Check Console ▷ Roles & Permissions ▷ Default Category Permissions.
