PHPMailer How to get more logs

I have opened up the class for PHPmailer and changed the logging level to 4 but i am still not getting any greater error message when my emails are failing. I cant figure out why, my whole server is open to the internet for testing but i still get a connect issue.

I am using Mail gun and port 465 so there should be nothing blocking it on google cloud (I know they block port 25) I cannot get this email to go out. Its a brand new server Debian 10 any ideas what I am doing wrong?

    NM i am an 100% idiot, I was uploading my config.php which has old SMTP settings in it.. FIXED
