Is there a tutorial for new Vanilla forum users?

There's a lot of help for developers, but I'm hoping there is a really basic introduction which I can show to new members of my Vanilla 3.3 forum, bearing in mind that some are elderly and not very adept at finding their way about the online world. Perhaps there's a video demo of how to do things like edit or delete a comment, or how to change your profile, or add a photo or link to the text. We tend to forget that these manoeuvres which are now second nature to most of us still have to be learnt. Any recommendations?
