Where do you add allowed extensions? I want to be able to upload mp4 files with the paper clip but get this error.

Thanks, now I get this error if I upload via paper clip
...and this error if I upload mp4 to server and paste url into 'insert media' tab
If I paste the url as a link it works. ie you can click on the link and the mp4 video opens in a new tab but that is not what I want?, I want it to embed.
Press enter after link, both Rich and Advanced editor should embed
I get the above status code 500 error if I press enter.

That thread says that allowing video uploads to the server as opposed to youtube for example is security risk and resource intensive so isn't allowed, possibly is a security risk for allowing users to upload but not for admins? As for resources, that is for the admin again to decide if he has enough storage and/or bandwidth to stream a video, is it not?
I find that youtube videos have a habit of getting removed or deleted after a while so I prefer to host it on the server where possible.
