Vanilla 2021.009 - Menu Bar Issue on Foundation Theme
I'm not sure how to use Github to proceed so I wanted to post the details here. On the Foundation theme present in the new version and the default theme, I noticed a menu bar issue with it.
On any non-admin user (regular member or moderator), many elements of the menu bar are missing like notifications, messages, bookmarks, and even the ability to sign out are all missing. This issue does not occur on any admin login (while logged in as any admin).

Also noticed Lavender themes are also sharing the same issue.
Do all themes have this issue?
This sounds more like a permission problem. Is your member role linked to the "guest" type?

Only Foundation and Lavender themes for desktop and mobile are having this issue. Keystone and Theme Boilerplate themes are not having this issue.
