How do I remove the Powered By Vanilla and modify the © Vanilla Foundation Theme 2021

I'd like to make my Forum white-labeled and give it credit elsewhere, if possible, i'd also like to change the "Vanilla" logo on the top left corner of my forum, is there a easy way to do it?
