Very poor support at the Wanilla Forum

So I won't move here from Xenforo as the support on Vanilla is low. There are serious problems with the importer and there is no solution anywhere.

Fair enough, your call but you are comparing a paid for service with a free opensource platform version.
If you pay for Vanilla they do the port for you.
Let's start with the fact that the importer does not work for Xenforo and I was counting on some help. Paid Vanilla Forum is for corporations.

While their packages are geared towards larger communities/companies - paid is for whom that pays.
Just to make sure it is clear/ to clear out any potential misunderstanding:
This is the forum for the opensource/free version of Vanilla - no one is required to support you here - but most ppl help with what they can and when they can.
I like the forum engine and I need information about add-ons and a place where can have them premium created.

If you are willing to pay developers, why don't you pay people who give your their time for free with kindness and "sorry" or "thanks"?
You will not always get answers just because you start ranting around.
So how much is the cheapest plan monthly?
@R_J Community Vanilla is dead. The Vanilla system is aimed mainly at corporations. See what's on Xenforo
So stay on Xenforo then.
