PATCH error for labs

I tried using the new the labs, but I keep receiving this error in the console

PATCH https://websitename.com/forum/api/v2/config 403

I was wondering where you can config. this or what I need to do

    Not sure but do not think labs is available for OSS.

    Following up on Kaspar's response, Labs is indeed an function that's only available for Cloud users of Vanilla. If you're a client having an issue with that area of the dashboard, please shoot an email to support[at]vanillaforums.com so our Support team can help you out.

    OK, thanks for the feedback, I can just make a plugins for those as a cover up, IT WILL NOT BE SHARED TO PUBLIC for business reasons. For that I would, but I have lack of time to make it. I barely use any libraries so this will take me time to get used, I just make UI and GUI.
