RichEmbed doesn't seem to work

The rich embed function doesn't seem to work in the RichEditor. Any URL that is added in the editor is just added as an URL and there is no embedding - not with YouTube or anything. When I press the "Insert Media" and add the URL there nothing happens and when I press the "Insert" button nothing happens and I have to close it with the X button. Is there something I have forgotten to do?
Running the 2021-009 OSS version on a CentOS 8 Stream.

What if you paste url and just press enter
No, it just turns into a text with a URL archor
It seems to be a bug in the 2021-009. If we add a # at the end of the URL it will work.
