Newbie Question about Administrator Accounts

Hi All, I'm the 'administrator' of our forum. BUT I don't know how to use Vanilla. It was chosen by our webwriter but he offers no support for the forum section. So I have been able to add an account as a regular user but I cannot add a new Adminstrator account. We have one admin account already "admin" but I want to use my own identity. Any help would be much appreciated and apologies for such a simple question. Best pangy

  • If you log in as admin and click the username of your normal user (on a post, for example) you will be taken to their account - click 'change role' on the right hand side and select administrator as their new role.
