why it can't support chinese?

i have install vanilla-1.1.5a but the discussion contents can't show chinese....just show "???????????" like this why?

  • you need to set the default encoding of your database to utf-8,

    or use vanilla 1.1.6-rc1 (it might still have the same problem with your extensions with this solution).
