Add text in Discussion Tab, right above All Discussions

I urgently need to add a Welcome paragraph in the discussion tab, right above the 'All Discussions' text. I didn't see any add-on that would do this. Can somebody point me in the right direction? Thanks. Miary.

If all you need is a welcome page, use the Guest Welcome Message extension. It's much simpler.
