Moving Posts into Better Categories

I sometimes have people posting questions in the wrong category. Is there any way to 'move' a posting to another category?

    You click "edit" to the right of the first comment of the discussion.
    I'm working on a feature that adds "Move this discussion" to the left panel with all the rest of the options, it will be in 1.1.7.
