Addon for Simple Search to make it Simple?

Just installed my first Vanilla yesterday and I'm quite impressed.. starting to look good, but why on earth Discussion and Comment Search have been separated? Separated User Search I understand but that I cant search from Content (Discussions and Comments) at the same time is really frustrating and weird...

Has anyone done, know addons or ways to fix this? I just want "Simple" Search to be Simple as hell.

    Are you talking about Vanilla 1?

    Yeh for Vanilla 1, sorry. I've noticed Vanilla 2 has this, but I had problems installing it and since its in beta ill try to manage with version 1.
