loading issue

Hello,

I've been working on a new site and the staging site looks and works like it should. I moved servers and edited the conf files but the site now sits and waits about 5 minutes and then displays nothing. has anyone seen this before?

    Can you try putting up another index.php at the site that has something like echo "Hello World.?"

    You might also want to have a call to php_info() to make sure your other server has the correct environment.
