404 error when accessing Application Settings

I just installed Vanilla 1.1.0, and the installation and everything went fine. The only issue I'm having is that I cannot access Application Settings. When I click on the Application Settings link on the main settings page, I get a 404 error. The other settings pages work fine.

    I just switched to a different subdomain (the other domain had its own custom 404 handler so I thought that might be causing conflict) and now all it does is it just goes to the Discussions page when Application Settings is clicked.

    I have the same 404 issue right out of the box. Anyone have an answer?
