setlocale is called by the framework for enabled locales. Servers do have to have the locales installed though and that is rarely the case unless you control the hosting environment. (View Post)2 -

Just as a note for 2.1 removing css files is not advisable. We are moving towards having all css files combined into one and cherry-picking out css files for a particular request is not advisable. Yo… (View Post)1 -
