So I don't think this is a theme issue (tested on the live preview), so it has to be some kind of issue with how your forum is configured. What version of the Quotes plugin are you using? (View Post)2 -

Actually, Vanilla will do this for you. If you call your theme's CSS file "style.css," it won't load Vanilla's default style at all (as opposed to when it's called "custom.css"). (View Post)3 -
