Draft getting saved even after posting

A couple times now I've posted a discussion or comment only to find it also still saved as a Draft. Not really confident enough about this yet to file a bug ticket, but would like to know if anyone else sees this happening.

    When I posted this, an error flashed on screen for a split second, and this discussion didn't appear on the home page. I found it in my Drafts, so I pushed "post" only to find it was now double-posted. Ironic, but well-timed, heh.
