Draft getting saved even after posting

A couple times now I've posted a discussion or comment only to find it also still saved as a Draft. Not really confident enough about this yet to file a bug ticket, but would like to know if anyone else sees this happening.

Yeah - I've noticed some strange things here, too. I think it has something to do with clicking post comment after or during a draft being saved.
