Where do i find the language files in V2?

I would like to translate the from language and wonder where i find the language files..

You must find the folder locale
/applications/vanilla/locale
/applications/garden/locale
/plugins/.../locale
etc

Thanks. Is there any documentation on how to create another language plugin for V2.
I might as well make it available for others to use when i finished the translation.

@benno Deleted post and banned @busin3ss... though that was extremely weird because he actually made legitimate posts back in 2007. I'm confused and troubled... but posting a hidden "play online pokies" link in the middle of a discussion can hardly be taken as anything but link farming. Nice catch.
