Logout/Apply For Membership CSS missing

When I logout of my Vanilla 2 forum or click "Apply For Membership" button on login page I am redirected to a page that is not formatted with CSS. Just a white background with black text and blue links.

When I click "Apply For Membership" button I'm directed to "/index.php/entry/?Target=discussions"
When I click "Logout" link I'm directed to "/index.php/entry/leave/PJ1V3XWFOWNV"

Thoughts?

So, it appears the built-in plugin to edit your CSS (CssThemes) breaks these pages. Disabling the plugin resolves this issue.
