This might be a stupid question but, as an administrator to the forum, how can I view members of the forum? Can't see this option anywhere...

In Vanilla 2, there should be a "Users" menu for you as the first thing on the nav bar.

Yes, and in Vanilla 1 there is an extension called Members List
