Trying to install V2, ran into a couple issues.

The biggest issue i see so far is that the file "config.php" Doesn't exist, even when you inspect the files on github "config.php" doesn't show up on the "conf" file. If someone could give me this file that would be amazing.

And second is that my server is having an issue with PDO being enabled, but i'm getting this issue resolved.
