Vanilla 2 Downloading

Greetings

Just signed up because I'd like to give Vanilla 2 a try; have heard good stories about it.

Need to know exactly where I can download it - assuming GitHub; but I'm not sure. Are all the files in the repository for Vanilla 2?

Thanks. I take it is safe to download and use Vanilla 2 at this point? Does everything work as it stands? I know it's still in development though...

I am getting this error when I try to call it up in a browser
