Moving from Vanilla1 install to Vanilla2 hosted? Can it be done?

Hi -
I am looking to migrate a personal vanilla1 install to your hosted solution, what exactly do you need from me? The connection info to the mySQL database or the DB itself? In what format? Can it even be done?

I would be looking to try it with the free option and then ramp it up after testing.
