More moderation features needed

- Split discussions
- Merge discussions
- Move comments into another discussion.

A plugin would be good; native functions even better.

I disagree that they'd be better as native features. We're rapidly straying out of Vanilla territory into Neapolitan land.

I think they'll come with time. It's important to be able to manage discussions and keep the forum organized.
