@Raise /utility is calling the Dashboard's utility controller; just like there is no "discussion" folder, yet it still works.

lol it worked thanks...for others who are trying to upgrade, just overwrite all the files in your forum and go to: http://yourforum.com/utility/structure

it will ask you to login, then you scroll to the bottom of the page and run the script...very easy actually
