"Most recent by [Deleted User]"

Anyone else seeing this? It's happening on this forum right now.

    I think it is caused by a spammer. They delete the spammer which makes his post disappear and then you get the most recent by [deleted user].
    There's a small bug I've noticed that if you delete a post on a topic it does not correctly update the "most recent by". For instance if this post was deleted it would still say most recent by linusindigo.

    I am also getting this. It definitely occurs for me when a spammer posts a comment and we delete the user account. Any solution?

    Select the option to remove all content when deleting a user.
