Upgrade 1.0.3 to 2.x.x?

I hope this isn't too painful. I'd like to upgrade my old Vanilla installation, 1.0.3, to the latest. What's the basic procedure? The upgrade guide only seems to address upgrading from 1.1.x.

Not knowing much about 1.0, I'd advise upgrading to the latest 1.1.x before using the 2.0 export tool.

@leafmonster & @Lincoln: I would recommend the same thing.
Update to 1.1.10 first, then use this export tool (until a newer one is officially released)
