Obscure bug: an unfriendly error message
Unless this has been changed since 2.0.11
If you try to save edits to a comment that has been deleted (ie. in another tab, or by another user) Vanilla throws a really techie error. Took me a little while to realize why I couldn't save, and I thought Vanilla was broken at first (oh, panic!).
Something in plain english might be nicer: "You are trying to edit a comment that doesn't exist. Try cutting and pasting your text into a new comment."
Of course, this is a rare one... And maybe we shouldn't be encouraging people to repost deleted comments. Anyway...
