Associating discussions to a page

On any page for an add-on (for example, here), there are discussions associated to the add-on. I'd like to do something similar on my site. How is this implemented? Is there an add-on to do this?

Hi there, is there any addon that allows the same thing, but instead of Multiple discussions per associated page (in the above case, the "page" is an addon), i'd just like to have multiple comment posts per "page".

is this possible?

I don't know of an existing plugin that does that. You'd need to create it from bits of the VanillaAddonsApp and a little creativity.
