Moving a comment?

I thought I did this before but can't figure it out now. How does the admin edit/move a comment posted in the incorrect discussion group. I want to be able to move the comment out of the discussion and make it a new discussion in another category.

    Not possible without writing a plugin to do it as far as I know.

    I must have been thinking of a plugin I used in Vanilla 1. Hope someone comes up with a plugin for Vanilla 2 to do these type of edits. It is beyond me, I am still on page 2 of "PHP for Dummies"!
