How to customize the 'Apply for Membership' form (remove gender question etc.)?
I would also like to change the question "Why do you want to join?" to something else. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Make a back up and then modify the file registerapproval.php in the folder applications/dashboard/views/entry

This information is not correct for 2.1. The file is entrycontroller.php. Also the label needs to be removed, and I'm struggling with this.
