How to export discussions

In this article it says that its possible to export discussions to RSS. Could you explain how this is done? I did not find any add on for this. Do I use your add on?

Discussions always have an RSS: http://vanillaforums.org/discussions/feed.rss

It's built into Vanilla 2.
