Vanilla not installing!!!

Followed all instructions, trying to install Vanilla on my godaddy server and this is the error Im getting when going to the vanilla site www.(mydomain.com)/vanilla
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',', expecting '(' in /home/content/v/i/s/visionbahamas/html/vanilla/bootstrap.php on line 66

Actually I just upgraded the server, so lets see what happens :-)
