Ignore/hide/block users?

Is it possible (by default or addon) to ignore/hide/block replies or discussions from certain users on a per-user basis?

wow, wouldn't you want to do that, based on a role instead of per-user?
maybe you want to hide it in a certain category?

What i was thinking is, let's say that there's some troll or somebody you don't like on the forum. Then you could click ignore/hide/block and you would never see their posts again. Or until you undo the action.

So, it would definitely be a per-user setting.

Of course, if their posts are quoted things become a little bit more complicated.

You'd need a custom plugin to do this. This functionality doesn't exist yet afaik.
